Retail orders are shipped by Australia Post within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Occasionally we may send large retail orders (such as Grip Club mats) by courier. You will be notified if this is the case with your order.

Grip Club is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by Australia Post or other third parties, however please get in contact if you don't receive your order in a timely fashion.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Grip Club is not responsible for any duties, import fees or charges associated with importing goods into your country.

We ship all international orders with DHL.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
